Reach VS Black Ops

What game do you think is better, Halo: Reach or Call Of Duty: Black Ops???

I feel like Reach is the more evenly competitive between the two games, people can't spawn or horde for upgrades and perks that make the game unfair to the rest of the players. In COD for example, if one enemy player dies constantly to a single person, that person can be over powered way too early in the game and the kill streaks they can receive will be too detrimental to the enemy team to really be considered "fair" whilst in Halo, if a player gets a kill streak, he merely gets more credits than you at the end of the game.
